Eileen Agar was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina of father/ Scottish and mother/ American/ English. The family moved to London when she was an adolescent, where she studied art. In the 30's she encountered the Surrealists and joined the London Group. Seh was a painter/ collagist/ object maker (soft scultpture) here's a good link about her........
